Our new, data-driven approach considers many facets of influence such as fluctuation in energy tariffs, running efficiency of equipment, occupancy levels, weather, maintenance routines and a range of other details that impact how energy can be managed within a building. By looking at the whole picture in detail, energy costs can be reduced and energy efficiency and sustainability can be improved, all without affecting tenant comfort or operations. Over the past 10 years, our system has proven to produce real savings with modest investment.

Finding Opportunities & Implementing Actions (E2M)

Using ISO9001 quality endorsed systems, our data scientists and auditors find opportunities then quickly implement remedial actions or operationalise recommendations to deliver tremendous benefits of efficiency, productivity and cost reduction for our customers.

Our innovative Energy and Emission Management (E2M®) predictive analytics platform receives live data from a building’s Building Management System (BMS). Through artificial intelligence, E2M® then integrates BMS information with consideration of other variables including weather, grid demand patterns, occupancy levels, energy tariffs and demand response events. The calculations identify the best temperature and pressure settings together with the best automated demand shift/limit/substitute actions for that specific building across the next 96 hours. Building Managers are then notified with recommend small changes ahead-of-time inclusive of estimated savings. These notifications dramatically improve energy management decision making and can be integrated for automated BMS control if required.

Robotic Asset Monitoring and Efficiency Module (IoT-driven big-data analysis)

Our intellectual property and patents include the Robotic Process Automation (‘RPA’) of  a building’s BMS sensors, assets, electrical loads and their ranges therein. Every single minute, the status of all sensors and assets are sent (IoT) to our cluster servers running Hadoop Big Data DFS. Using MapReduce2, Apache Spark and other high speed connecting tools, our robot will set work an analyse very single point for anomalies and report to the asset managers of the building what problem exists.

Only 2 days of on site implementation are required to control the ongoing energy optimisation of each site. Typical sensor data would include:
